Quarantine Day 3...

As Wednesday comes around I feel like it's time I threw my first bullpen since my injury. I planned on throwing only around twenty pitches and strictly fastballs only. I need to be in great condition come next season. I've also been working out everyday to keep my body in shape. I use my dad's homemade weight bench he built a long time ago. Working out is not the most exciting thing of the day but its something that has to be done.
